The next Full Moon is coming! For Australians it will arrive on 11 July. Although, its early morning peak means that the Moon will indeed appear full on the evening of 10 July too.

For those on the Eastern side of Australia, expect it at 6:36am. For those in Darwin and Adelaide, your Moon peak is at 6:06am and for Perth residents it's at 4:36am.

This particular Full Moon, called The Buck Full Moon, comes to us in the Earth sign of Capricorn. What does this mean exactly? This Full unlocks your drive and focus. You'll be ready to throw yourself headfirst into new projects. It will also give you the pep you need to evaluate your career and your relationship – and recalibrate if needed. What does the Full Moon in Capricorn mean for you?

Astrologically speaking, the Full Moon is the energetic peak of the Moon Cycle. Ever heard those old tales and urban legends about increased crime or even more women going into labour around the Full Moon? It's because this is considered to be a period of heightened energy, moodiness, emotions and illumination.

Whether or not the stories are true, in astrology, the Moon is our connection to our inner and emotional self. And a Full Moon brings that part of ourselves into deeper focus. It can feel tender and raw but it can also help us see things from new perspective. In July, the Full Moon falls into Capricorn bringing out our inner workhorse.
