There aren't many designers who hold a cult following the way that Gustaf Westman does. The Swedish designer has already dropped a capsule collection with IKEA last year and even designed custom installations for Mercedes-Benz – and now Nike is joining his esteemed list of his collaborators.
What has been announced?
This week over on the designer's Instagram, Westman has been teasing a custom ceramic 'Swoosh' plate in his signature pillowy, rounded ceramic dishware style. The "Chunky" logo plate has been teased in a bubblegum pink hue, amongst a collection being debuted at an upcoming pop-up in Los Angeles.

What pieces are available the Nike collaboration?
At this point, the only homewares piece that seems connected to a Nike collab is the Swoosh plate – but there's other homewares pieces on offer, including cups and saucers (plus an iced-latte iteration), plates, and other creative homewares.
When and where will it be available?

Westman has announced that the collaboration will unveiled – and likely available to purchase – exclusively at a special pop-up event the designer is hosting in Los Angeles next week. It will be hosted at LA's The Hunt Vintage (at 1554 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, California 90026) from 13-21 June 2026, 12am-5pm.
You won't need any special tickets or registration links to attend the pop-up, but we'd suggest you get down there early, as his first L.A. pop-up in 2024 garnered lines around the block. (If you're up early for the line, rest assured – Westman has also announced there's free coffee being served at the event.)
At this point, no details are available about an online release for the collaborative plate.
Why are Nike and Gustaf Westman collaborating?
It looks like the Gustaf Westman Nike collaboration is part of a promotional piece for the upcoming FIFA World Cup event being hosted across North America this July. Westman even posted a photo together with renowned Swedish footballer Zlatan Ibrahimović, both holding the Swoosh plate.
