Another week has come to a close, and there is a lot to report on when it comes to what's in fashion as usual. Below, we round up our favourite fashion moments from the week that was, including a Tiffany & Co. exhibition in London, a special event RUSSH hosted with JAG, the launch of Georg Jensen X Stine Goya, and new launches from Jacquemus and Net-A-Porter.

Tiffany & Co.’s Brand Exhibition “Vision & Virtuosity” Arrives in London

Tiffany & Co. have announced that it will be embarking on a new chapter of its Vision & Virtuosity exhibition, bringing over 400 objects from the House's archives to Saatchi Gallery in London. The exhibition will bring visitors along for a journey through the archives, including high jewellery designs, Tiffany’s famed window displays and its recently acquired Empire Diamond of over 80 carats to important relics of popular culture such as the original script from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. It is a celebration of Tiffany’s authority as the purveyor of the world’s finest diamonds and a showcase of how two core values—vision and virtuosity—have guided the House for 185 years.

Marking the jeweller’s 150th anniversary in London, “Vision & Virtuosity” debuts at Saatchi Gallery, located in the Duke of York’s Headquarters near Sloane Square, on June 10, 2022, and will run through August 19, 2022. Tickets will be available beginning May 2, 2022 on the Tiffany & Co. Exhibition app, or at the exhibition.

 

RUSSH X JAG by the sea

On Thursday, April 7, RUSSH hosted an adventure by the sea with JAG in celebration of their move towards more sustainable practices. Groundswell Co-Founder, Arielle Gamble gave a moving talk on climate change and what needs to be done, that encouraged an engaged conversation all around the table amongst friends of RUSSH, Christelle Scifo – who also supplied floral arrangements inspired by the JAG AW22 collection –Mikka Byarugaba, Renae Sydney, Emily Gurr, and Kitty Callaghan, who lensed the soirée. By the seafront at Archie Bear in Mosman, guests were dressed in JAG AW22 while indulging in a delicious late lunch accompanied by a special wine tasting courtesy of Not Wasted.

Jacquemus launches a collaboration with Net-A-Porter

Jacquemus has released a new collection in collaboration with Net-A-Porter. Offering a global collection designed exclusively for the luxury retailer, the collection is inspired by the vibrancy of Palm Springs, and expresses a fresh and youthful attitude in Jacquemus' signature style.

The 23-piece capsule features bold and covetable styles including Simon Jacquemus' signature draping, iconic bags, and 90s accessories, offering a range of signature Jacquemus styles in new colours.

 

VEJA collaborates with Mansur Gavriel

Launching today, Friday 8th of April, VEJA present a new collaboration with luxury New York fashion house Mansur Gavriel. The VEJA x Mansur Gavriel collaboration takes a distinctive approach to colour and design, debuting 4 new monochromatic Campo colours, inspired by the rainbow. The sole is bio-sourced and recycled up to 65%, made from rice waste, Amazon rubber and recycled rubber.

 

Georg Jensen unveil a collaboration with Stine Goya

In their first-ever collaboration, Georg Jensen and Copenhagen fashion designer Stine Goya join forces to reimagine Daisy, a
Georg Jensen jewellery icon. The striking new series of colourful necklaces, earrings and bracelets reinterprets the iconic collection in a unique and respectful way, introducing an updated design and a fresh colour palette.

Georg Jensen closely collaborated with Copenhagen fashion designer Stine Goya, who is widely known for her expert use of vivid and colourful prints and inspired the new collection’s distinctive use of colour.

“This new take on the well-known Daisy design is the result of a strong collaboration between Georg Jensen and Stine Goya, and it presents a whole new look and feel that retains the craftsmanship and cultural heritage behind the original Daisy,” says Ragnar Hjartarson, Georg Jensen’s Creative Director.
