Dior Men's Winter 2022 pop-up in Brisbane

Dior has announced the opening of its Men's Winter 2022 pop-up in Queensplaza, Brisbane, from September 1 to October 12 2022. Located in Brisbane's premiere shopping centre, the pop-up will offer local clients the opportunity to shop the men's collections for the first time. On the occasion of the launch, a selection of ready-to-wear and accessories from the collection will be carried exclusively at the pop-up.

 

Anna Quan launches Pre-Fall 22

On Wednesday evening, Anna Quan debuted their Pre-Fall 22 collection with a runway show followed by a dinner for friends of the house. Usually dominated by a palette of seasonless classics – Black, Ink, Clay, Flax, and Sahara - the brands new Pre-Fall ’22 collection brought forward pieces in Butter, Jade, Lemon, Lime, Lagoon, Mulberry, Marshmallow and Rosa Pink, while combining the brands signature tailoring and shirting with slinky knit dresses and structured minis.

Fella Swim launches Reverié Resort 23 collection

Saint Laurent will host a screening in honour of Catherine Deneuve's career at Venice Film Festival

To celebrate the recent recognition –with a Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement during the 79th Venice International Film Festival– of Catherine Deneuve’s exceptional career, Palazzo Grassi welcomes the tribute of Anthony Vaccarello and Saint Laurent to the great actress, by presenting, on Tuesday 6 September 2022, at the Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi, ‘Une Nuit avec Deneuve’, an exceptional evening open to the public, where some of the most important films of her career will be screened, in the presence of the French film star.

 

Dior releases Men's Winter 2022 campaign

The Winter 2022 Men's line explores Dior's heritage, reinterpreting it through the prism of modernity. Kim Jones has initiated a fascinating conversation with Christian Dior, presenting a collection that transcends the boundaries of time. The creations generated by this unprecedented dialogue are revealed in this poetic campaign, which celebrates the spirit of Paris and the love of French fashion. The images captured by Raphael Pavarotti reveal a dreamlike setting, echoing the show's set, which features the Alexandre III Bridge – a symbol of the meeting between past, present and future. A picture evoking a romantic reverie upon which silhouettes are drawn, combining the formal with the informal, tailoring with sportswear, style with functionality. A tribute to the house’s legacy, this series of photographs defies the flow of time so as to be more firmly anchored in the present than ever before.
