A change in season usually demands a change in environment. Right now, we are craving spaces that feel grounding and intentional with a mix of architectural furniture and small objects that bring a room to life (even if it's just a perfectly cast tinned-fish candle, or vintage-inspired glassware). From major EOFY investments to cult design pieces we've been coveting, here is everything the RUSSH team is putting in our homes this June.

I've been obsessed with bedding this month. I'm on the hunt for spare bedroom furniture, and naturally, linens to go with it. ELLISON STUDIOS has great beds. I already have the Yoko bed, but one of our spare bedrooms will be home to the Lull bed. It looks so cozy, I might just have to steal it for our main bedroom.

I haven't decided on a mattress yet – so, please share your recommendations. But linens... Linens I have a cart full. Hommey just brought out their linen collection, and I'm dreaming of the blue Breeze colour. I also have my eye on a couple of these lovely silk pillow cases from Linen House, which would go perfectly with the blue theme.

The cooler weather has me excited for boiled eggs with toast soldiers, so this set of 2 Sage Green Pat and Peggy Chicken Egg Cups are on my shopping list. And I'm still on the lookout for a large dining table. This one from MCM House has a farmhouse character to it that I love.

Last but certainly not least, I have been eyeing off a robot vacuum for what feels like an eternity. There are so many on the market, I usually get overstimulated and put it in the too-hard basket. No more! Roborock’s EOFY sale is live, and the new Roborock Saros 20 – which has glowing reviews – is a massive $1,000 off. Absolute no-brainer.

I’ve been thinking about upgrading a few bits in my bedroom lately, including my bedside table which I’d love to replace with the FRAMA Rivet Box Table in Aluminium. I’ve also long loved the In Bed Oversized Heavy Linen Bed Cover that drapes so romantically on the floor. Also this Blossholm Auríe Portable Lamp, with a beautiful travertine base. The Chloe Tomato Chair debuted at Milan Design Week has captured my heart too. I also think these Oros Torsade Egg Cups are impossibly chic.

I love winter for enjoying art at home, whether that is absorbing it, or even making it. I’ve been coveting blankets, slow cookers and red wine for a film night with friends, and then some beautiful linen to dream in afterwards, like the espresso and vanilla sheets from Bed Threads.

Everything audio counts as homewares to me, so I’m adding the clear Orchid to my list of things to lust after. I love being able to see the internal workings of an instrument. If you ever wanted a sophisticated sci-fi omnichord to write with, then this is perfect. On audio, I would also love to get some smaller in-ear headphones and adore the quality and design of these Bang and Olufsen buds.

This brutalist console from Tamsin Johnson’s inventory is stunning and I’m fantasising about which room of the house it could live in. I also came across these beautiful crystal japanese whiskey glasses, which would look even better with some Toki Suntory Whisky within….

Nothing is more essential (in the kitchen) than high quality olive oil - drizzled on taramasalata, the finishing touch on a pasta, or coupled with sea salt over a chocolate mouse. I recently tried Golden Groves’ EVOO and won’t stop thinking about it until it’s inside my pantry.

I’m also on the hunt for some pieces for my new space - Hommey pillows for the lounge, Baina towelling (primarily because the colourway makes me happy), glassware to enjoy a night-cap in, and a side table that sits neatly under the lounge.  

Final thoughts include a Cordon Salon lamp with a red suede overlaying its stainless steel structure - it’s a piece I keep looking at in my iPhone screenshots and dream of actualising into my space.

I can’t help it but I have travel on the brain at the moment. I’m about to head on a long-awaited trip so my wishlist has been very travel themed. I’m obsessed with these faux tinned fish candles. They’re not actually tinned fish of course, they’re just candles with the same shape. It’s very reminiscent of Portugal (where I’m about to head).

I just adore this Carl Friedrik carry-on suitcase. It’s so incredibly chic. Someone sent me a press release about these decorative matchboxes and I kind of fell in love with them. They feel very Euro summer-coded to me. I think this Loewe notebook would be the perfect travel journal – a girl can dream! I’m also seriously considering buying this floor lamp. I am very into soft, cosy lighting at the moment and I think this would look really nice next to my green lounge.

As someone who perpetually feels the cold, a wool blanket is the first thing that makes its way to my loungeroom come June 1st. This TEKLA rug has been on my mind since I first saw it. 

The only thing more sizeable than my TBR pile is the list of shows I want to watch on my notes app, and one of my simple pleasures is cozying up to a new watch, with a cup of Love Tea Cacao Chai in hand.With this in mind, a TV upgrade might be on the horizon, and Hisense’s newly launched RGB MiniLED TV is a very practical inclusion to this months’ list.

Whilst I’m normally a thin wine glass advocate, this set from Georg Jensen would also be a welcome addition to my hosting toolkit – the vintage details adds quite a romantic touch. Finally, this Grand Antique marble Fleur Studios side table, from their new Paradiso collection is high up on my coveted list, alongside the classic Sofia Coppola Archive coffee table book, which will hopefully make its way to my coffee table this month.

I’m heading straight to Maison Balzac for a winter homeware refresh – made even more tempting by their current sale. I’m especially obsessed with these napkins. I’m also really drawn to a lamp from McMullin & Co  at the moment. At home, my RUSSH 26 calendar has taken centre stage. As an organised girly, it’s been incredibly helpful, and I love how flicking back through some of our previous shoots.

I’ve just stocked up on my Aesop incense (always a pleasure). And while I’m not usually big on smart home devices, I’m slightly intrigued by the Ember mug keeping hot drinks warm feels like a worthy experiment… I’ll continue doing my research.

Moving house is the perfect time for me to pick up some new homewares. I have a few pieces that I'm looking at bringing into my new place to add a little bit of character. First up, the ultimate addition to my magazine collection is, of course, the new May issue of RUSSH.

I've been looking for the perfect winter candle, and I have found it in the Sassafras Candle from Tsu Lange Yor. This floor-lamp is also currently high on my wishlist. I recently acquired these vintage Cesca chairs. They have made a huge difference in my living room. Also for my living room, this Single seat sofa will be perfect for the corner.

Lastly, I’m in love with this print to fill some empty wall space.
