My big homewares purchase has already been made this month and it’s a robot vacuum (the Roborock QRevo to be exact). It vacuums and mops, has obstacle avoidance built in, and is possibly my most favourite purchase ever. Can you tell I hate vacuuming?
Adding to my current desk setup is my next priority this month as I work from home full time and therefore spend a lot of time in this space. A Maison Balzac carafe has been in my mental shopping basket for years, and it's finally time to pull the trigger. Same with the Jean Jullien coffee table book. I also spotted one of these Blossom and Sky mushroom candle lamps the other day and am still thinking about it.
Last but not least, a Breville stick mixer for my new smoothie obsession.

I’m in the process of organising a small kitchen renovation. New bench tops and sink as well as shaker doors and handles. ABI Interiors is where I’ll find the sink - white or stainless steel. I’ve fallen in love with the Prism Marble Handle Rosso pair from LO&CO for my wall of cabinets.
Caitlin Robson's Organic Rim Everyday Plate from McMullin and co is soon to be restocked (I'm hoping) so will remain a wishlist item until then.
The other project for the month is searching for furniture for one of our two spare rooms. I like the Floss Queen Bed in Corduroy Cocoa from RJ Living or for something soft, the Leila Bed from MCM House. And a mirror – the Hail Mirror from Rachel Donath, in particular, is calling.

Even when I’m not actively trying to furnish my space (which is rare), there are always new pieces drifting onto my mood board. For years, I’ve been eyeing off the AGNES STUDIOS OBJECT No. 02 / LANA CHAIR – and lately it’s come back into my peripheral with a vengeance. One of my favourite cookware brands OUR PLACE recently released their Titanium Always Pan® Pro – a sleek and beautiful addition to any stove top. And finally, I’m dreaming of owning a PROVIDER STORE Gifu Candle in the scent ‘Maido’ (named after my favourite weekend match spot).

My partner melted the label on my favourite Maison Balzac Qualia candle, so the first order of business this month was to buy another one. I love it too much to not have a pristine one on display. Now onto the things that linger on my wishlist. I have been strongly tempted to update the credenza in my living room to one of the USM modular pieces. They’re so chic and have so much storage. There will be a time in the near future where I’ll need a new sofa. My current one is close to 10 years old. My dream sofa has always been a green velvet Togo. Also, I’m on a mission to secure one of the Sabine Marcelis x IKEA lamps. I still haven’t been able to find one in store, so I’m going to turn to Facebook marketplace.

My homewares wish list is long. I need bedside tables and it’s been difficult trying to find something that works in my bedroom, but I love these from Tamsin Johnson. This marble pair from Curated Spaces is really beautiful, too. And obviously I need lamps to go with the tables… I spend hours looking at vintage lamps on eBay, etsy, marketplace, online estate sales… I love the look of this one, but I'd prefer a matching set. I do love the softness of these paper lamps from McMullin, too. I’ll have to make a call on the tables first I think... While I’m talking about my bedroom, I may as well add this beautiful Cultiver heavyweight linen bed cover to the list as well.
On a smaller scale, I recently burned through my Flamingo Estate Tomato candle and will absolutely be replacing it.

As I cling to the end of summer, I’m looking to upgrade my al fresco dining situation with a suitable table and chairs, but I’m coming up short. Suggestions actively encouraged. Alternatively, I'm contemplating buying the Rachel Donath Allegra Coffee Table and only serving guests coffee and pastries, which is not a bad plan… I am also on the hunt for new bedside lamps and, given the majority of my bedroom is red velvet, these red Ligne Roset Coupole lamps might be just the thing. Or, I could go completely over the top and add gold accents with these two vintage Italian lamps from Curated Spaces. Perhaps I’ll toss a coin. Whilst I save for what my kitchen really needs, I've got my eye on these meat thermometers and bees wax wraps.
