Copenhagen is quickly becoming known as the capital of cool-girl fashion. For proof, you need only look to the city's streets this week, as Copenhagen Fashion Week Fall Winter 25 kicks off, running from January 27 - 31.
Not only are the designers themselves catching the attention of fashion lovers across the globe, but so too are the attendees. In between runway presentations from the likes of OpéraSport, Baum und Pferdgarten, Filippa K, and Marimekko, Danes are putting Scandi-style on the map, as they spill onto the streets in the coolest, eclectic 'fits.
Last season, it was all about summer tailoring, bright colour and, of course, flip flops. This season, cooler temperatures are forcing the Scandi style set to think outside of the box, but just one day into the packed schedule and they've already proven themselves more than capable. While the colour palette was decidedly more muted, street stylers had plenty of fun experimenting with texture and pattern. Sheer skirts were layered under weather-appropriate outerwear, while longline shorts met their match in knee-high socks. As always, accessories were equal parts practical and statement making, with standout mentions going to a green sequinned beanie, and a tailored coat cinched in with the help of four different belts. Naturally, outerwear was an essential component to the week's frosty 5 degree temperature, with faux fur, distressed leather, and sporty parkas so-far proving the styles of choice.
If you can't make the trip to Copenhagen to experience the magic and magnetism of the city's style set for yourself, we've got you covered. Live through it all in spirit with our pick of the best street style looks from Copenhagen Fashion Week Fall Winter 25, below.
