For our March Sublime issue, we return to Paris – the beating heart of the fashion industry. Photographed by Marco Lombardi, our cover story centres on model Anyier Anei in CELINE, capturing a moment of transition for the Maison as it steps into its newest chapter.
The wardrobe comes from Michael Rider’s debut Spring Summer 2026 collection, presented last September. Here, the new creative director approaches the House with a strong sense of continuity, drawing from CELINE’s history while introducing a more relaxed, instinctive rhythm. Tailoring remains precise, but the proportions feel freer: rugby knits layered over shirts, silk scarves tied with ease, sharp jackets paired with pieces that suggest everyday movement. Elements of French refinement meet a slightly American sensibility, producing a wardrobe that feels confident, direct, and wearable.
Styled by Teanne Vickers, the looks speak to the idea of the sublime as something found in clarity and scale. Structured blazers, fluid silks, and graphic colour accents bring contrast and balance. Within Lombardi’s lens, Anei moves with composure and precision, giving each silhouette shape and presence. A studied proportion, movement, and portrait of a House on the precipice of a new era.
