Virtually There – Your bespoke digital shopping experience by Camilla and Marc

Transforming the way consumers interact and shop. Camilla and Marc launch the next wave of its online Smart Store with Virtually There – a bespoke virtual styling tool that allows customers to connect to a retail consultant for one-on-one personal styling, wardrobing and gifting advice, wherever they are in the world.

For an extra special experience for some lucky customers, Creative Director Camilla Freeman-Topper will be personally launching the new virtual offering, while taking select styling session appointments on the platform this Thursday September 3.

Earlier in the year, when the landscape of the fashion industry forever changed, Camilla and Marc launched its new digital shopping experience with Smart Store. The response to a fast-changing global environment allowed for Camilla and Marc to transform the way customers interact and shop. Now, with Virtually There Camilla and Marc is further evolving the role of the traditional walk-in retail store, creating a unique and unparalleled online customer experience.

“Now, more than ever we understand that our customers lead extremely busy lives and for various reasons may not have time or space to visit a retail store. That’s why we’re thrilled to be providing our customers the personalised shopping experience they would receive in any one of our boutiques from the comfort of their living rooms.” said Creative Director Camilla Freeman-Topper.

In a time where some parts of Australia and the rest of the world are still experiencing lockdown and social distancing restrictions, this innovative shopping experience provides a seamless integration of in-store customer service with the added bonus of online convenience.

Virtually There launches Thursday September 3, with Creative Director Camilla Freeman-Topper taking select appointments from 10am – 12pm. The styling sessions are open to the public via the Camilla and Marc website.
