Designer collaborations in 2026 we wish we’d thought of first

Sometimes things just feel made to go together. Cheese and wine. Champagne and oysters. Leather and lace. And that ethos extends to design. Collaboration has always been principla to a designer's process – but it's still a complete joy to see two design Houses reach simpatico on a collection.

Whether that's over fashion, homewares, fragrance or lifestyle objects, we've picked out the cream of the crop; the very best designer collaborations 2026 has fostered so far.

The cult Danish fashion designer has teamed up with Japanese fashion retailer UNIQLO to release its first collaborative Spring Summer 2026 womenswear collection. Bahnsen, who founded her label in Copenhagen in 2015, has long had a history of sell-out collabs with brands like Salomon, and we expect this one to do no less when it launches globally on 22 May 2026.

2. ARKET and Laila Gohar

Nordic retailer ARKET has paired up with New York-based artist and cooking enthusiast Laila Gohar to drop a collaborative clothing line in time for this year's Milan Design Week. The duo teamed up to present a co-created public installation to ceelbrate, reimagining a fairground carousel as a sculptural set of oversized fruits and vegetables. The SS26 collection with Gohar is already available to shop on the ARKET website, and marks Gohar's first ready-to-wear collection.

Later this year we'll be getting our first taste of a multi-season partnership between the British fashion designer and Gap. It will be a 38-piece collection injected with her chic and tailored aesthetics. And the usual Gap logo hoodies and T-shirts have been reimagined with the addition of a Victoria Beckham logo.

Marking their fourth collaboration, sacai and Carhartt WIP return with a 13-piece capsule collection, reimagining workwear staples through Chitose Abe's signature deconstructed lens and bringing together men's and unisex styles, in browns and pinks, contrasted with metallic and snakeskin accents.

6. Pamela Anderson x Olive Ateliers

Anderson's penchant for slow living has seen her team up with LA-based lifestyle brand Olive Ateliers to create a furniture and decor collection. The line, called The Sentimentalist, will be launching 8 April 2026, and comprises more than 40 pieces of indoor-outdoor rattan furniture, a teak dining table, and wicker baskets inspired by Anderson’s life across Canada and British Columbia, as well as pieces her Grandparents lovingly restored.

7. BOSS x Ligne Roset

BOSS and French design icon Ligne Roset unveiled their reimagining of the iconic Togo chair at this year's Milan Design Week – a fireside chair and footstool that is the first Togo edition to ever to feature a material mix of high-quality leather, refined textile seating surface and contrast stitching.

8. Stella McCartney x H&M

Twenty years after Stella McCartney originally teamed up with H&M, the British fashion designer and fashion retailer are collaborating again. McCartney has reimagined archival styles and pieces (like the brand's studded "Rock Royalty" tee and Falabella chains), while remaining true to her sustainable roots: featuring organic cotton, recycled crystals, and RWS Standard-certified wool. The capsule collection will be available in selected stores and online at H&M's website from 7 May at 10am.

9. Burberry x Hunza G

A limited-edition swimwear capsule has just dropped from British heritage fashion house Burberry and cult swimsuit label Hunza G. The capsule collaboration sees signature Hunza G silhouettes in the brands Original Crinkle fabric bordered in Burberry's iconic Heritage Check and colour palette.
