Stella Artois’s final Sensorium destination

A feast for all five senses. Stella Artois brought its Sensorium experience to Perth, showcasing a roadshow of culinary delights in an intimate dinner setting. Chef Adam D’Sylva of Melbourne’s Coda and Tonka restaurants took the reins for Stella’s final stop in Perth – the first event that was open to the public. Fusing food, cold brews and fun into a fine dining experience, D’Sylva and Stella Artois celebrated the multisensory drinking experience at The Brisbane Hotel in Highgate and The Cottesloe Beach Hotel, serving spanner crab betel leaf, steak tartare with quail egg and thit kho to pork belly.
