Kiwi, Mint and Honey Icy Poles

Ingredients

200ml fresh squeezed orange juice
200ml fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 spring mint leaves, sliced
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

Method

Place orange and grapefruit juice, honey and mint leaves in a blender and blitz to combine.

Press kiwi fruit slices into the sides of icy pole containers, then pour in juice blend.

Pop icy pole stick in the top and set overnight.
