Sydney institution Icebergs Dining Room and Bar are harnessing the cosmos for Full Moon x Spaghetti + Wine – a celebration of the lunar cycle with a menu inspired by Southern Italy’s Abruzzo region. Hosted by chef James Hird, the event kicks off Thursday, May 11, and continues throughout winter with dinners on Friday June 9, Sunday July 9 and Tuesday August 8. Menus will be concise, two new spaghetti dishes will be available each night, along with two regional bruschettas and a selection of wines by the glass, all enjoyed with a view of the full moon rising out above the Pacific Ocean at Bondi.
