Christiane Spangsberg’s Wild Horses

Childhood living is easy to do. The things you wanted I bought them for you …

Inspired by the iconic Rolling Stones ballad, Wild Horses, Copenhagen-based illustrator Christiane Spangsberg returns to Sydney’s Jerico Contemporary gallery for an exhibition of the same name. With a focus on interpersonal relationships, manifested in the artist’s renowned minimalist line drawings, the exhibition features works of faces on profile, equine figures and pastel-shaded portraits. Wild Horses opens January 18 from 6pm, and will run through February 3.
